| 摘 要： | 从当今船企制造模式存在的实际问题出发，针对传统生产设计流程，提出改进焊接流程的控制计划。基于TRIBON（辅助船舶设计和建造的计算机集成系统）软件，分析焊接信息管理系统的模块功能，通过对其现有的三维视图进行编辑，开发了焊接信息管理系统；系统包括三维焊缝信息的编辑、焊接工时定额统计、生成派工单以及生产信息反馈等功能，克服了软件自身焊接计划模块的不足，为船企完善数字化造船和精细化管理提供了基础。

| Abstract: | This paper is based on the problems existing in the manufacturing mode of ship companies today and raises the idea of control plan to improve welding process. This paper uses TRIBON and writes the weld-ing management system based on the software through editing the existing 3d view and exploding the function module of welding information management system. This helps overcome the disadvantage of the software＆#39;s welding plan module by developing a new welding management system. This system involves the functions of three dimensional weld information editing,welding time quota statistics and order and production information feedback generating,providing the foundation for shipyard to perfect digital shipbuilding and delicacy manage-ment. |
