| 摘 要： | 以浙江工商大学运动队为研究对象，采用文献资料法、问卷调查、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法，对运动队实际发展状况进行了调查和研究。分析影响运动队竞技水平主要管理因素有教练员与运动员、训练经费和运动竞赛等，最后提出在校运动队的建设和管理中的一些对策，旨在促进校课余体育训练持续、协调、健康发展，并提出了运动员训练管理办法，为提升校运动队质量服务。
