张健训练期训练负荷、营养方案和生化指标变化的研究

摘    要:通过对张健训练期的血尿指标进行了测定 ,结果表明 :运动后尿液指标变化不大 ,反映运动负荷强度不大 ,运动后血乳酸、血尿素指标的变化也同样证实了这一点 ;训练期张健的血红蛋白、红细胞参数处于较理想范围 ,说明张健的身体机能处于良好状态 ;训练期针对超长距离游泳运动的能量供应特点安排的训练负荷强度与负荷量合理 ;训练后血糖指标变化反映我们为张健制定的营养补充方案是合理可行的 ,为科学地制定张健横渡渤海海峡时的营养补充方案奠定了坚实的基础

Abstract:Zhang Jian's blood and urine indexes were determined during the training session. The results showed that after training the urine index did not change remarkably, so did the indexes of blood lactate and blood urea, which reflected that his training load and intensity were not great. During the training session Zhang Jian's parameters of hemoglobin and red blood cells were within the ideal limits, showing that he was in good condition. And his training loads and intensity were reasonable, because they were arranged according to the energy supply characteristics of the ultra long distance swimming. The changes of blood glucose after training reflected that Zhang Jian's nutrition supply scheme was reasonable and feasible, which has laid a solid foundation for establishing his future scientific nutrition supply scheme when he cross over the Bohai Straits.
