| 摘 要： | 本文首先研究了新兴技术给战略管理带来的挑战,以及新兴技术的战略特点。在此基础上提出了一个运用情景规划为新兴技术制定战略的框架模型,并以RFID技术在我国煤矿行业的应用前景为例,对本文提出的方法进行了说明。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the challenges that emerging technologies bring to the strategic management and strategic characteristics of emerging technologies firstly.Then, on this basis,a framework model of using scenario planning to formulate strategies for emerging technologies is proposed.And uses the application prospects of a technology called RFID in China's coal industry as an example,illustrates the method proposed in the paper. |
