| Abstract: | This paper indicates relation and interaction between regional science innovation and intellectual property rights, and separately analyzes the different character of intellectual property rights in regional science innovation activity from the aspects as competition, fruit, incentive, environment, and advantage of intellectual property rights. And then discuss the function and effect for different character to regional science innovation. In the end, demonstrate the coupling of intellectual property rights in regional science innovation activity. |
