摘    要:班级量化考核的主要目的是落实学校的各项规章制度,规范班级管理秩序和学生日常行为,创造良好的教学环境。班级量化考核是将班主任的可见工作量部分(如例会、出勤,布置的任务完成情况等)直接用分值考核记录;将班主任不易发现的工作量(如教育、关心学生,组织班级活动等),通过学生的出勤、仪表、两操、纪律、卫生、文明行为、获奖情况等方面的表现,间接用分值加以考核,进行每日量化公示,每月总评学期末汇总。目前各类学校普遍开展班级量化考核,它是评选先进班集体,班主任评优和聘任的主要依据。

Abstract:The main purposes of class quantitative assessment are to implement various rules and regulations of the school, standardize the order of class management and students' daily behaviors, and create excellent teaching environment. Class quantitative assessment is to assess and record the head teach-er's visible work (such as routine meetings, attendance, task completion, etc.) with scores;it also assesses the head teacher's invisible work (such as education, care for students, organization of class activities, etc.) indirectly with scores through students' performance such as attendance, appearance, two exercises, disciplines, hygiene, civilized behaviors, prizes, etc., and the scores are publicized per day, assessed per month, and aggre-gated per semester. Currently, the quantitative assessment has been widely implemented in various schools, and become an important basis for the assessment of advanced class collectives and head teachers.
