| 摘 要： | 校企合作人才培养模式涉及众多利益相关者，要建立行之有效的校企合作人才培养模式，就必须首先分析校企合作中的利益相关者，只有找到不损害相关利益者自身利益的合作点，才能促进人才培养模式的建立合理化，保证其效能的发挥。

| Abstract: | The college-enterprise cooperative talent cultivation mode involves many stakeholders, therefore, to establish an ef-fective college-enterprise cooperative talent cultivation mode, stakeholders in the cooperation should be first analyzed. Only on the basis of the cooperation point which benefits relevant stake-holders can the construction of the talent cultivation mode be ra-tional, thus ensuring its efficacy. |
