| 摘 要： | 提高大学生体育意识，是现阶段高校体育教学的重要环节。运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法对河北省7所院校大学生的体育意识、体育锻炼状况、信念行为进行调查。结果表明，当前大学生体育意识淡薄，运动参与与水平低下。针对这一现状，分析其原因，并提出相应的建议与对策。 |

| Abstract: | Strengthening college students' sports awareness is one of the most important parts of present physical education in college. we investigated college students' sports awareness and faith in sports in seven colleges of Hebei province with the help of documentary materials and questionnaires.It shows that college students nowadays seldom participate in sports due to lack of sports awareness. According to this situation,this article analyses causes of it and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures. |
