| 摘 要： | 本文在前人研究的基础上，从矿区土地复垦和生态重建内涵出发，就两者的关系及有关问题进行了探讨。文章认为土地复垦不仅是土地问题．也是环境问题；土地复垦的实质是既要恢复土地资源，又要重建生态平衡，生态重建是土地复垦的核心和目标．土地复垦和生态重建是土地和环境综合治理的系统工程；恢复生态学是土地复垦和生态重建的理论基础；地貌重塑和土壤重构是土地复垦和生态重建是的基础工程，而植被重建是关键。

| Abstract: | On the basis of prveious study and connotation of land reclamation and ecological rehabilitation in area of mining, this paper has made a discussion on the relation between land reclamation and ecological rehabilitation along with discussing about several problems on land reclamation and ecological rehabilitation. The paper presents: land reclamation not only is a land problem, but also an environment problem; the essence of land reclamation is to restore land resources, and to rehabilitate ecological balance as well, the core and goal of land reclamation is ecological rehabilitation, land reclamation and ecological rehabilitation is ecosystem engineering for land and environment to be comprehensibly controlled, restoration ecology is theoretical basis of land reclamation and ecological rehabilitation;the basic work of land reclamation and ecological rehabilitation is physiognomy and soil reconstruction, the key of land reclamation and ecological rehabilitation is vegetation reclamation. |
