| 摘 要： | 案例教学在法学教育中具有重要的意义。根据教学需要,可以采用课堂讨论、观摩庭审、模拟法庭、多媒体教学等多种案例教学方法。案例教学具有广泛性、趣味性和针对性等特点。为了更好地实施案例教学,应当注意精选案例、区分举例教学与案例教学、处理好传统教学方法与案例教学方法的关系。

| Abstract: | Case teaching method in legal education can be employed in various ways such as classroom discussion,trial watch,moot court and multimedia teaching to meet the teaching requirements.Case teaching method in legal education has widespread,interesting and targeted features.In order to better implement case teaching,we should choose good cases,distinguish cases from examples and properly handle the relations between traditional teaching method and case teaching method. |
