| 摘 要： | 以科技型企业为研究对象,探讨人力资本、R&D投资与企业绩效之间的关系。分析表明,知识产权在R&D组织管理水平、成果转化能力与企业绩效之间起到重要的调节作用;人力资本与R&D投资对企业绩效起到极为重要的作用,但企业规模对企业绩效产生的直接效应,会削弱人力资本与R&D投资的作用;企业绩效仍主要依赖于资本与劳动的贡献;人力资本、R&D投资对企业绩效的影响会受到企业所处行业的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the relationship among human capital,R&D investment and performance based on the studies of the hi-tech firms.The result discloses,firstly that,the intellectual property rights may act as a modulation to the relation between R&D organization and management level and performance.Secondly,human capital and R&D investment play an important role in the performance,but the result directly affected by the scale of enterprise would weaken the human capital and R&D investments' effect.Enterpris... |
