| 摘 要： | 提高未成年人思想道德教育的针对性和有效性必须关注未成年人的需要，高职院校可在分析现阶段未成年人思想道德教育在对待未成年人的需要上存在的一些问题的基础上．以马克思主义的需要理论和未成年人需要的特点为立足点，对未成年人进行思想道德教育。

| Abstract: | This article starts from the point of enhancing the validity of the moral education of the young persons, and it analyzes the prevailing problems of moral education and points out that the education is to be guided by Marxism and to meet the requirements of the young pupils. At last it brings forward the solution to the moral education. |
