研究型大学的本科教学:定位与特色

摘    要:本科教育教学工作是研究型大学各项工作的中心。研究型大学不仅必须建设一流的本科教育教学体系,而且要在教师转变职业价值观和逐步提升业务素质两个方面取得突破。研究型大学的本科教学应形成注重研究性教学和学习;提倡本科生适时、适量参加科学研究;促进科研成果转化为教学资源等特色。

Abstract:The undergraduate's education and teaching work is the center of the research university's various works.Research university must build first-class undergraduate's education and teaching system,and also make break-through in two aspects: transforming the teachers' job values and promoting their professional qualities.The undergraduate's teaching of research university should form such following distinguished features: lay stress on research teaching and studying;Recommend undergraduates to participate scientific research in good time and in appropriate amount;Promote the scientific findings to turn into such characteristics as teaching resources,etc.
