| 摘 要： | 在高校对大学生开设《法律基础》课不失为一条千秋大计。当前，在教与学的过程中，还存在着五对矛盾。探讨以科学的方法化解矛盾，使大学生懂得拿起法律之剑来治理国家的重大意义，使他们与人民群众的感情更加深厚，为人民服务的观念更加牢固，社会责任感得到进一步增强，乃是法律教学的当务之急。

| Abstract: | That A Law Basis Course is set up for college students in co lleges is r eally a thousand-year matter of fundamental importance. At present,five couple c ontradictions still exist during the course of teaching and studying. How to sol ve the contradiction by scientific method, how to let college students understan d the significance that they take up the sword of law to administer the country, how to get them to have much deeper feeling with the masses, how to make them h ave more solider ideas to serve for the people, and how to strengthen their sen se of responsibilities further,all these problems are an urgent matter of law te aching. The paper devotes itself to a discussion on these problems. |
