| 摘 要： | 《联合国反腐败公约》对于贿赂本国公职人员、贿赂外国公职人员或者国际公共组织官员、影响力交易都作了明确的规定。中国刑法可以在贿赂物的范围、受贿罪的主体、受贿犯罪的罪名设置等方面对《公约》予以借鉴和吸收,以完善中国受贿犯罪的刑事立法。
