| 摘 要： | 在１９８９～１９９３年５年的教学中，通过加强载判临场实践能力培养，严格科学考核等措施，在西安体院学生中培养出８名排球一级裁判员，经毕业后从事大型排球比赛裁判工作检验，均达到标准。

| Abstract: | Eight first-grade volleyball refereers have ben cuitivated from stuvents of Xi 'an physical Education Institute during 1989 to 1993.through many measurements such as strengthening practice on-the-spot and strict scientific check,It is suggested that this is an approach available to cultivate first-grade volleyball refereers from students of Physical Education Institute. |
