| 摘 要： | 可持续发展战略是人类的基本战略和认识基础.江泽民总书记在党的十四届五中全会上指出:"在现代化建设中必须把实现可持续发展作为一个重大战略.要把控制人口、节约资源、保护环境放到重要位置,使人口增长与社会生产力的发展相适应,使经济建设与资源、环境相协调,实现良性循环."实施可持续发展战略是历史的必然选择.

| Abstract: | The Sustainable development strategies,an inexorable historical choice,is hailed as a human basic living principle and cognitive foundation.The author first puts forwards the reason why the sustainable development strategies should be implemented,and then relates the challenges,favourable conditions and foundamental counter-measures on it.In conclusion, the author summarises that implementing the sustainable development strategies is the only way that we should and must follow to keep up with the modern economic pace. |
