| 摘 要： | 网络经济作为一种新兴的经济形态,具有不同于以往经济形态的运行规则。在网络经济下,消费者将承受转移成本而可能被某一品牌锁定;网络中的每个消费者受到网络效应的影响,率先达到临界容量的网络会在正反馈效应的作用下获得巨大的竞争优势。企业准确把握网络经济规则及其新特征,是网络经济条件下获得竞争优势的关键。

| Abstract: | As a new economic pattern,the network economy has a different rule of competition from the past.Under this environment,consumers may be locked by a particular brand because of the high level of transfer cost.Every one in this network is influenced by network effects.The first network that reaches the critical mass would gain competitive advantage under the force of positive feedback.To accurately understand the new rule of network economy and its new features is the key for firms to success in this economy. |
