形体训练对女大学生身体形态影响的实验研究

摘    要:为研究形体训练对女大学生身体形态的影响。对30名女大学生采用配对设计方法进行为期16周形体训练,并在训练前、后进行体成分和身体围度指标测定。结果表明:训练16周后,女大学生的体重无明显变化(P〉0.05);瘦体重明显增加,体脂量、体脂百分率、腰围、臀围和WHR明显降低,与训练前比较均具有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。形体训练能减少体内多余脂肪,促进肌肉发达,使身体向健、力、美方向转化。

Abstract:Objective: to observe the impact of physique exercises on female college students' body-morph.Methods: 30 female college students do physique exercises in pairs for a period of 16 weeks,and index tests on their body-morph should be conducted before and after the practices.Result: training for 16 weeks later,the weight of female college students has no apparently change(P>0.05);But it significantly decreases in body fat mass,fat percentage,waistline,hpi and WHR,and training has a noticeable difference(P>0.05...
