| Abstract: | This paper discusses the connotation of the flexible management,and expounds the necessity of the secondary schools implementing flexible management.Besides,combined with the reality,it specifically discusses the way of flexible management in secondary school teachers of management and students of management.Thus it provides specific suggestions and measures for secondary schools to carry out the flexible management. |
