| 摘 要： | 最近几年,我国的经济快速发展在相当程度上是用资源和环境的代价换来的。因此,站在可持续发展的高度,借鉴我国古人的环保意识和他国环保经验,将可持续发展及环境保护融入经济建设中去,大力发展循环经济,加快＂生态文明＂建设,彻底改变传统的生活、生产方式,并运用法律的、技术的措施综合治理,才能最终实现经济与社会、资源与环境协调发展,人与自然和谐发展。

| Abstract: | For recent years the economic rapid development of our country is gained from the price of resources and environment on certain degree.Therefore,only by standing on the height of sustainable development,borrowing the environmental protection consciousness and experience from the ancient people and other country,to blend the sustainable development and environmental protection into the economic construction,accelerate the construction of ecological civilization,throughly chang the traditional living and producing mode and use the legal,technical measure for comprehensive treatment can the final coordinated development between economy and society,resources and environment;the harmonious development between man and society be realized. |
