| 摘 要： | 章认为，要想搞好图书馆的人事管理工作，必须做好下面几点：感情投资，尊重人性；切合实际，满足所需，以岗设人，按需要定编，用人唯贤，领导干部年轻化，严格考核，奖惩分明，管理德才兼备，权威并存，塑造形象，营造图书馆形象。

| Abstract: | To improve the personnel management of higher school library, the following methods should be taken: to invest emotions and respect hunanities; to fit in with the actual needs; to arrange the staff according to need; to appeint people on their merits; to let the age of cadres be yourger in average; to assess proficiency strictly; to make clear the reuards and punishment; to let the managing faculty have both ability and political integrity both autheTity and prestige to build the image of library. |
