| 摘 要： | 高等教育作为人类有目的的人力资源的投资活动，受教育者只有充分就业，才能带来高经济回报。但是随着高等教育大众化进程的加快，大学生就业难已经成为高等教育发展中一个不可忽视的问题。文章从经济学的视角，深入到高等教育的内部来分析高等教育改革与发展中出现的就业问题，以期从信息不对称和就业风险的两个方面来审视和解释大学生就业问题，并论述了毕业生就业风险防范的制度创新。

| Abstract: | Higher education is one of investment activity for human resource.With the rapid process of mass higher education,college students' employment difficulty has become a serious problems in higher education development.This paper tries to analyze the employment problem in higher education from the perspectives of information asymmetry and employment risk,and puts forward effective suggestion. |
