| 摘 要： | 头球技术是足球比赛当中极为重要的技术之一,头球技术的发挥和提高的前提条件是解决运动员的心理问题,而佩戴头部护具是一个行之有效的方法。通过从佩戴头部护具对青少年和成年队训练及比赛的意义进行分析和说明,证明了佩戴合适舒服的头部护具确实能够促进头球技术水平发挥和提高。

| Abstract: | Heading technique is one of the extremely important techniques in football game,settling the psychologic problem is the precondition to exert and improve athletes' heading technique level. The textual research puts forward wearing the head protecting equipment is an effective method . This text analyzes and explains the meaning of wear the head protecting equipment difference from the teenage and adult training to exerting in the football game, to prove wearing fit and comfortable head protecting equipment can promote the heading technique level exerting and improving. |
