| 摘 要： | “国家出口战略”是美国政府于90年初制定的旨在扩大本国商品出口的一项重要的贸易保护主义战略措施,该战略的实施对国际贸易政策和国际贸易发展都已产生了重大影响,它使新贸易保护主义进一步加强,使贸易自由化面对更大的阻力。本文主要分析美国“国家出口战略”的形成、具体措施及对我国的启示,以便进一步认识国际贸易政策的发展趋势,使我国的对外贸易政策和措施更具针对性和有效性。

| Abstract: | National export strategy " is one important strategy made by the American government in the early 1990s to increase and protect its national export. It has great impact on international trade policy and trade development. It strengthens the local protectionism and lays more obstacles on the way of trade liberalization. This paper analyzes the formation and policies of American National Export Strategy and makes people be aware of the developing tendency of international trade policy, so that we can make effective trade policy of China. |
