| 摘 要： | 业从外部转移和引进知识是快速获取创新能力和竞争优势的有效途径，也是综合成本最低的途径。本文利用结构方程对企业文化、知识整合机制与企业间知识转移绩效的关系进行了实证研究，并选取我国环渤海地区的 155家高新科技企业作为实证研究对象。研究结果表明：（1）企业创新型文化不但对企业间知识转移绩效有显著的正向直接影响，而且还分别通过人员交流以及团队交流两个知识整合机制分别对企业间知识转移绩效产生显著的正向间接影响。（2）支持型文化对企业间知识转移绩效没有直接的显著影响，但通过程序交流，仍然对企业间知识转移绩效产生显著的正向影响；（3）知识整合机制包括人员交流、团队交流和程序交流，均对企业间知识转移绩效产生显著的正向直接影响。
