| Abstract: | Sports performance major started relatively late in China＇s sports colleges, and its level is low, so it is urgent to expand its scale and improve its level in its future development. Besides, suffering from the impact of economic trends and the market economy, the major, especially the undergraduate one in sports colleges, is confronted with the crisis of survival and develop-ment. To this end, this paper made an in-depth exploration on this issue from the difficulties and problems in the undergraduate training of sports performance major, the principles of formulating an undergraduate training program for the major, and the sugges-tions of effectively implementing the program, hoping to provide help for the major to eliminate the present predicament. |
