| 摘 要： | 高职毕业生就业工作直接关系到院校生存发展，关系到高职教育的质量成效和社会稳定。当前高职院校毕业生就业工作形势严峻，毕业生就业质量和就业服务水平存在诸多问题。结合专业实际，开展针对性的就业后勤服务工作对于提高就业工作实际成效和促进毕业生顺利适应社会工作生活起到积极作用。以精细化为向导进行过程控制和过程规范成为当前就业工作的一个重要的突破口和指导方法。

| Abstract: | The employment work of higher vocational graduates is directly related to the survival and development of higher voca-tional colleges, as well as the quality and effectiveness of higher vocational education and social stability. The current employment situation of higher vocational graduates is grim, and there are various problems in the quality of their employment and the ser-vice for their employment. To carry out pertinent logistics services for employment combined with practical situation is of a positive role for improving the practical effectiveness of employment and improving graduates＇ successful adaption to social work and life. To carry out process control and standardization oriented by re-fined thinking has become an important breakthrough and guid-ing method for the current employment work. |
