| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难是当代社会关注的焦点。大学生和毕业生人数的持续增长带来的就业压力也是持续增加的。就业难既造成人才的浪费，影响社会和谐，也影响大学生的身心发展。现行大学生就业政策的确能正确引导大学生就业，但仍有许多不足。应结合我国大学生就业特点及社会经济状况，进一步完善和优化大学生就业政策。

| Abstract: | University students＇ difficult employment is the focus of contemporary society. The employment pressure brought by the continuous increase in the number of university students and graduates is increasing. Difficult employment is a waste of talents, affecting social harmony and university students＇ physical and psychological development. The current policy for university stu-dents＇ employment can indeed correctly guide their employment, but there are still many shortcomings. We should further improve and optimize the policy for university students＇ employment com-bining with the characteristics of university students＇ employment and social and economic conditions in China. |
