| 摘 要： | 石油是一个国家能源战略中最重要的方面，石油影响着一国经济的发展、社会的稳定，甚至国家安全。中国已经成为石油进口和消费大国，单一的石油进口通道已经不能满足国内经济发展，且面临安全风险较大。加强与中亚等国的石油合作可实现我国石油进口多元化的目标。通过建立和完善单边、双边和区域性石油合作法律机制，在确保我国经济稳定发展的同时，也在完善的法律机制下保障了我国与中亚石油合作的稳定发展。

| Abstract: | Petroleum is the most important aspect of a country＇s energy strategy, as it influences the country＇s economic development, social stability, and even national security. China has become a big country of petroleum import and consumption, so the single channel for petroleum import has been unable to meet do-mestic economic development, and it faces high security risk. To strengthen the petroleum cooperation with Central Asia can achieve our goal of diversifying petroleum import. The establish-ment and improvement of the legal system for unilateral, bilateral and regional petroleum cooperation, can not only ensure the stable development of China＇s economy, but also guarantee the stable development of the petroleum cooperation between China and Central Asia. |
