| 摘 要： | 专业发展学校是上世纪80年代美国教师教育改革的新举措。专业发展学校强调中小学在教师教育中的作用,大学与中小学进行合作,共同承担教师教育。美国专业发展学校在实践过程取得了较大的成效,对我国教师教育改革与发展具有一定的启示。

| Abstract: | Professional Development School is the new move of American Teacher Education Reform in the 1980s.Professional Development School emphasizes on the major role of the elementary and the middle schools in the teacher education and the responsibility in the teacher education undertaken by the university and the elementary and middle schools through cooperation.American Professional Development School has achieved good results and effectiveness in the practice,therefore has a certain enlightenment to China's teacher education reform and development. |
