| 摘 要： | 为了研究清暑益气中药对运动热应激大鼠骨骼肌谷胱甘肤抗氧化系统酶的影响,对96只SD大鼠随机分成安静组、训练组、安静服药组和运动服药组4组,5周后每组随机分为3个亚组,即:安静组、定量负荷组、力竭即刻组.并于相应时刻断头处死小鼠取股四头肌测定骨骼肌谷胱甘肤过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)指标.结果发现:复方清暑益气中药及运动训练均能显著提高骨骼肌谷胱甘肽抗氧化酶的活性.表明:清暑益气中药和运动具有保护骨骼肌免受自由基损伤的功能.

| Abstract: | The study aimed to explore the effects of the clear Chinese native medicine on glutathione anti-oxidant system in the skeletal muscle of the heat stress rats.96 rats were divided into four groups,group A(the peaceful control group),group B(movement control group),group C(the peaceful filling compound Chinese native medicine),group D(movement group of filling the Chinese native medicine four groups).After 5 weeks,each group were divided randomly into 3 sub nits,namely: the peaceful group,the quota load group,the strength using up group.Skeletal muscle was draw in the corresponding time,and then the cardiac muscle GSH content,the GSH-PX activeness,the GST activeness were measured.The results indicated that the clear Chinese native medicine and the training can enhance the activeness of glutathione anti-oxidant system in the skeletal muscle.It was concluded that the clear Chinese native medicine and the training had the protective function on oxidative damage of skeletal muscle of rats. |
