| 摘 要： | 德育追求的实效性就是要把德育的知与行、质与量协调统一到时代发展的需要中。解放德育思想具体体现就是转变德育思维方式。解放思想对提高德育实效性起着重大的作用。要以解放思想为根基提高德育实效性,即应做到当代德育的多维式思考,当代德育的开放式思考,当代德育的动态式思考。
