在琼博士工作满意度和职业倦怠研究

摘    要:本文采用问卷调查方式对在琼博士的工作满意度和职业倦怠进行研究。结果发现:在琼博士总体工作满意度较高,职业倦怠感较低,两者之间基本呈负相关关系;成就感降低对工作满意度的影响作用最大,工作本身对职业倦怠的预测作用最佳;在琼博士工作热情高,但高水平的科研成果数量相对偏少,成果转化意识不强。

Abstract:Questionnaire was used for doctoral status of job satisfaction and job burnout in Hainan Province. The re- sult shows that: the doctoral job satisfaction is higher, and job burnout is low, a negative correlation between them. The sense of achievement reduce has the biggest impact on job satisfaction, and job itself has the best effect on job burnout. Doctoral enthusiasm is high, but the number of high-level scientific research is relatively less than nor- mal, the transformation of consciousness is not strong.
