| 摘 要： | 近几年,随着我国金融业对外开放进程的不断加速,不良资产问题已成为我国经济金融面临的最大风险所在,也是目前国有商业银行改革的重中之重。本文通过对解决不良资产方式的分析与探讨,试图探索符合国情的不良资产处置路径。

| Abstract: | With the uninterrupted speeding up of opening to the world in the financial business of our country, ill-performing capital has become the biggest risk met recently by our national economy and financial business. Therefore, dealing with the serious problem has been the most extraordinary task in the reform of state-owned commercial banks. The writer attempts to analyze and probe into the ways of settlement of ill-performing capital in the present article so as to vigorously seek the managing ways of dealing with ill-performing capital which accord with our national conditions. |
