| 摘 要： | 管理干部队伍是综合性大学改革和发展的重要力量，教育水平的发展对综合性大学管理干部队伍提出了新的要求，而当前综合性大学管理干部队伍建设存在诸多问题，导致管理水平落后，影响到了综合性大学学科建设和综合办学实力的进一步提高，重视和加强管理干部队伍建设，构建一支高素质、专业化管理干部队伍，进一步提高管理效益和管理水平，是新时期综合性大学提高竞争力的必然要求。

| Abstract: | Administrative ranks of cadres plays an important role in universities reformation and development, educational development raises new requirements to management. And the problems in the team construction leads management drop behind and affects subjects improvement and further promotion. Emphasizing and strengthening team construction, building a contingent of high-calibre and professional leading cadres, it is a positive way to boost competitiveness for comprehensive universities in new period. |
