| 摘 要： | 独生子女比例相当高的一代大学生，在成长过程中离不开他律。但在规划人生道路上，培养他们的自律意识和自律能力更为重要。引导大学生的道德和行为逐步由“他律”走向“自律”，是高校学生工作面临的新课题。

| Abstract: | The present students,who most are one-children and constitute quite large proportion in colleges and universities,cannot be left being disciplined in the course of growing up.But it is still more important to train their self-disciplining consciousness and ability in the course of planning their life ways.It is a new subject faced by the student work of colleges and universities to cultivate the students' moral and behavior from gradual 'being disciplined to self-disciplining'. |
