| 摘 要： | 培养全日制专业学位硕士研究生已经成为地方院校的历史使命与必然选择。文章在分析相关文献基础上,分析了地方院校全日制专业学位硕士生教育面临的挑战,总结了地方院校培养全日制专业学位硕士生的经验与做法,据此提出了地方院校要自觉融于区域,构建"地方政府推动、地方院校主导、企业深度参与"的产官学一体化的培养模式思路。

| Abstract: | It is a historical mission and an inevitable choice for regional universities to foster full-time professional masterdegree graduates. Based on data processing, this paper analyzed challenges, practices and experiences which full-time profes-sional master degree graduate education in regional universities has to face. Then it put forward new ideas that regional uni-versifies consciously integrate into the region and then construct the training mode of university-industry-government integra-tion. The mode characteristics are that local government promotes, regional university dominates and enterprises participatesin depth. |
