摘    要:第十三届亚运会上日本短跑选手伊东浩司分别以 1 0 .0 5 s和 2 0 .2 5 s的出色成绩获得了田径比赛男子 1 0 0 m和 2 0 0 m金牌 ,并且在预赛中跑出了 1 0 s的亚洲男子 1 0 0 m最好成绩。伊东浩司的训练负荷特点如下。1 )多年训练中速度耐力得以优先发展 ,并使其逐步向短距离跑迁移。2 )年度训练中阶段安排的训练任务由发展力量和爆发力量向提高专门速度过渡。3)周训练依阶段任务不同将多项内容组合安排 ,周负荷分布呈双循环二段结构。4)单元训练内容依所处阶段不同有所侧重 ,按短跑全程技术的各个阶段安排练习组合。5 )精选训练手段和多种练习组合安排 ,追求各项手段密切协同的最佳整体效果。6 )运用对比训练法形成痕迹效应 ,以求核心身体能力向专项竞技需要的积极转化

Abstract:At the 13th Asian Games the Japanese sprinter won the gold medals of the 100m and 200m runs with the outstanding results of 10.05sec. and 20.25sec.. At the preliminary heat of 100m he also achieved the best result of 10.00sec.,which was the best result ever reached by the male Asian sprinters. The training load characteristics of Ito Koji were as follows: 1. In multi year training the development of speed endurance was given priority and gradually transfered into the runs of shorter distance. 2. The training tasks arranged in the phases of an annual training were to develop strength and power and to transit into specific speed. 3. The combination of multi event training was planned into weekly training contents according to the training tasks of the phases, and the structure of the weekly load was divided into two double circulative sections. 4. The emphasized contents of the training units were different in different phases, and the exercise combinations were arranged based on the specific technical training plan in different phases. 5. The training means were selected and exercise combinations training means were arranged to pursue the best integral results by the close coordination of different measures. 6. Applying contrast training method, trace effects came into being so that the core physical performance could be transformed into the needs of the specific technique.
