| 摘 要： | 本文以档案材料和统计数字为依据,简述了西藏现代教育创建的历史背景,重点分析和阐述西藏现代教育创建、初步发展、曲折前进、调整巩固稳步发展和快速健康协调发展五个阶段的发展道路,从四个方面概括总结了半个世纪以来西藏现代教育不断取得成功的基本经验。
