| 摘 要： | 在马克思人学思想指导下，结合我国社会主义市场经济体制建设下教育发展的客观规律，对社会主义市场经济体制下人的主体性培养问题作了理性思考，并从教育观念、教育目的、人际关系和理性教育与非理性教育的融合等五个方面提出了见解。

| Abstract: | From perspective of Marxist thought of humanism,we ponder deeply over the problem how to cultivate the nature of subject of human in the light of the objective law of eductional development under the socialist market economy.We put forward five ideas as follow:educational concept,educational purpose,interpersonal relationship and blending of the rational and nonrational education. |
