煤炭企业采掘工作绩效考核方法研究

摘    要:针对煤炭企业采掘工作建立一套由定性和定量指标组成的绩效考核流程。对于定性指标建立了一套KPI(Key Performance Indicators,关键业绩指标),定量指标用多目标规划模型来确定,并采用层次分析法确定KPI的权重和多目标规划模型中的关键参数。经实际数据验证,模型结果符合客观实际,解决了煤炭企业目标分解的困难,有效保证了采掘工作绩效考核的顺利实施,从而推进煤炭企业管理机制的改革和创新。

Abstract:This paper established a set of performance appraisal process,which consists of qualitative and quantitative indicators for coal enterprises.A set of KPI(Key Performance Indicators) was constructed with regards to qualitative indicators,while a multi-objective programming model was built for determining the quantitative indicators.In addition,Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to determine weights of KPI and key parameters of multi-objective programming model.The result was effectively tested with practica...
