摘    要:构建和谐社会,必须构建和谐的消费关系。构建和谐消费关系的消费者保护对策应包括:制定正确的消费者政策;完善消费者保护法律体系;严格执行消费者权益保护法,保护消费者权益,加强经营者的义务和责任;降低消费者的维权成本;发挥消费者组织的积极作用,发挥舆论的监督作用;完善消费者权益保护的救济途径。

Abstract:To construct a harmonious society,we must build harmonious consumer relations.Presently,in our nation there have been serious consumers' problems,which become unharmonious factors in our nation's consumer relations.The protection strategies for consumer through building harmonious consumer relations include the follows: to formulate the correct consumers policy;to perfect the legal framework of consumer protection;to carry out strictly the protection law for the consumers' rights and interests and to strengthen the operator's obligations and responsibilities;to reduce consumers' organization and the supervisory use of public opinions;to perfect the brief ways of protecting consumers' rights and interests.
