| 摘 要： | 政治全球化是从全球化衍生出的一个符合逻辑和契合当今国际政治实际的命题。政治全球化一是意味着民主、自由、人权等观念在世界范围内获得认同，二是意味着国际政治机制和国际组织在全球和地区的拓展，从而推动国际关系民主化的进程，三是意味着协调与合作的增多，对抗和，中突的减少、从整体上改变了国际政治的放任自流和混乱的状态。

| Abstract: | Political globalization is a concept which is suitable in terms of logic as well as international reality. Political globalization means that such conception as democracy, freedom and human rights are recognized in the world, that international regimes and organizations are widespread in the globe and some areas, which promotes the process of democraticizatijon of international relations, and that there is more and more coordination and collaboration whereas less conflict, which, as a whole, changes the state of chaos and anarchy. |
