| 摘 要： | 可持续发展观是一种崭新的科学的社会发展观,其根本是实现人的发展。可持续发展观的提出为高等教育发展的研究带来了质的飞跃。实现高等教育的可持续发展,必须创新高等教育理念,树立以人为本的新的教育发展观、教育价值观及教育质量观。坚持以人为本,突出人的发展,发挥人的潜能,兼顾目标与利益的统一,注重发展的后续力。
