| 摘 要： | "道德滑坡"已经成为人们对当今中国国民道德素质的一种普遍认识,中国老百姓真的"道德滑坡"了吗?要讨论这个问题,首先要厘清道德的内涵以及什么是"道德滑坡".事实上,国民的道德素质并没"滑坡",而是道德失范.造成道德失范的原因是复杂多样的,而当今中国正处于社会转型时期,社会转型期的社会失范是导致国民道德失范的根本原因.
