中国版权代理机制的比较思维

摘    要:本文试图通过与西方版权贸易发达国家的比较,抓住版权代理体制创新做一些解析:在版权代理方面。其机构和制度都在中国有待发展,但是需要注意的问题不仅仅是规模化和人员培训等皮毛小事,还要思考如何培育版权贸易中的内生机制,使得内生性非盈利版权代理机构发展壮大,以此促进中国版权贸易的发展和应对来自国际版权贸易巨头的竞争。

Abstract:This article tries to compare to some western countries and analyzes on the system construction of the literary agents and find some new things:Literary agents need to be improved in China,to improve the copyright industry of China and to deal with the competitions of the international copyright trade enterprises.What we need to pay attention to is not only the expending of the agents or the education of the professional staff,but also the improving of the endoqenous mechanism and internal NGOs in the copyright industry.
