| 摘 要： | 地方高师院校参与下的"三位一体"中小学教师继续教育培训是以地方高师院校为核心,与地方政府、各中小学三方面进行深入合作进行中小学教师继续教育的模式,是中小学教师继续教育模式的一种创新,这种模式的有效运行对于中小学教师继续教育的开展具有重要意义。
