| 摘 要： | 我国的"双一流"战略是要建设一流的学校和一流的学科。而在两个一流中,一流学科的建设更加重要。高校建设的重中之重就是学科建设,学科建设是学校建设的根本动力。对于一所高校来说,想要学科建设更好的发展,离不开研究生教育水平的提高。为了实现一流学科的建设,必须构建合理的学科研究生培养质量保障体系,从根本上提高研究生的教育水平。美国研究生质量保障措施比较完善,许多地方值得我国高校学习。

| Abstract: | Our country’s double-class strategy is to build first-class schools and first-class disciplines.And in two first-class,the construction of first-class discipline is more important.Discipline construction is the most important part of college construction,and discipline construction is the fundamental power of school construction.For a university,the development of discipline construction is inseparable from the improvement of graduate education level.In order to realize the construction of first-class discipline,it is necessary to construct a reasonable quality guarantee system for the cultivation of postgraduate students,and to improve the education level of postgraduates fundamentally.American graduate student quality assurance measure is quite perfect,many places are worth our country university to study. |
