| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊高征患者血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、Ig M、IgA)及补体C_3的变化规律及它们在妊高征发病中的作用。方法对75例妊高征患者(轻度25例,中度30例,重度20例),与正常妊娠组(60例)血清免疫球蛋白和补体C_3进行比较。结果与正常妊娠组比较,血IgG水平在轻、中、重度妊高征组中差异非常显著(P<0.01);血Ig M、IgA水平及补体C_3水平在轻度妊高征组中无显著差异(P>0.05),但在中、重度妊高征组中显著差异(P<0.01)。结论妊高征患者血清免疫球蛋白及补体C_3的浓度均低于正常妊娠组,其生理性免疫功能受到抑制。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of serumimmunoglobulins(IgG,IgM,IgA)and complement C3 in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH)and their role in the pathogenesis of PIH.Methods Serum immunoglobulin and complement C3 were compared in 75 patients with PIH(25 mild,30 moderate,and 20 severe)and normal pregnant women(60).Results Compared with the normal pregnancy group,blood IgG levels were significantly different in the mild,moderate,and severe pregnancy-induced hypertension group(P<0.01);blood IgM,IgA levels,and complement C3 levels were not significantly different in the mild PIH group(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in the moderate and severe PIH group(P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of serum immunoglobulin and complement C3 in patients with PIH were lower than those in the normal pregnancy group,and their physiological immune function was inhibited. |
